A large number of methods for producing monoclonal antibodies:

(1) in vitro using rotary culture tube mass culture of hybridoma cells, obtain monoclonal antibody from aqueous solution. However, the yield of this method is low. The content of the antibody in the general medium is 10~60 u g/ml, and the cost is higher if it is produced in large quantity.

(2) hybridoma cells were inoculated in the body to prepare ascites or serum.
